1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Chart Hustle ("the Service"), operated by TradeForge ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Description of Service
Chart Hustle is a trading intelligence platform that provides market analysis tools, regime detection, backtesting, trade recall, and coaching tools for futures traders. Chart Hustle is not a broker-dealer, investment advisor, or financial institution. We do not execute trades, hold funds, or provide personalized investment advice. All information provided through the Service is for educational and informational purposes only.
3. User Accounts
Access to Chart Hustle is currently invite-only. Each account is for a single individual and may not be shared, transferred, or assigned to another person. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; (b) redistribute, resell, or share any data, signals, analysis, or content obtained from the Service; (c) use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the Service; or (e) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, algorithms, trade intelligence, user interface designs, branding, and proprietary technology within Chart Hustle and TradeForge are the exclusive property of their respective owners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal trading purposes only. No other rights are granted.
6. Payment Terms
Chart Hustle offers subscription plans billed on a monthly basis. Payments are processed via cryptocurrency. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the rate associated with your selected plan. There are no refunds for partial months. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any analysis, signal, or information provided will be accurate or complete. We disclaim all warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chart Hustle and its operators, affiliates, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, data loss, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Risk Disclosure
Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You may lose more than your initial investment. Past performance of any strategy, analysis, or tool provided by Chart Hustle is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Chart Hustle does not guarantee any specific outcome, profit, or return. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these terms, abusive behavior, or suspected fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Chart Hustle operates (to be determined). Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
